I switched to Link Disk over a year ago. They are reliable, and are always available to answer any of my questions quickly. The Link Disk folks always come across to me as patient and respectful. I have used hosting with several other companies, but Link Disk has been the very best.

I'm a Web Developer in Thailand, and have been looking for a great hosting service for over a year now. Well, I finally found one. And Link Disk Host is nothing short of spectacular. There are so many features that stand out it's just amazing. And of course, the price for everything is more than reasonable. And besides, Link Disk just looks cool.

I have run servers for a long time, my last provider was "the planet" due to the lack of service I searched for a new provider, Link Disk was suggested.
I negotiated the transfer from "The planet" to Link Disk, and have not regretted this move.
We run client sites and need a reliable service, with support and backup, Link Disk have provided this.
I have no hesitation in recommending Link Disk.

For years I had my own hosting environments, providing mostly web hosting. When I stopped it for various reasons I turned to Link Disk Host and I purchased a Reseller. I didn't experienced any difficulty ever and the transfer of my website was very smooth. I didn't expect to find so stable and fast DirectAdmin hosting (I live in Europe and Link Disk Host machines are located in Usa but I have none network performance issues). Last thing I want to add here: You will find many hosters with cheap prices, but only Link Disk Host will have reasonable prices and will sell you what you really bought along with extremely good support, because after all, support is making the difference.

I have been with Link Disk for over 2 years! And service is awesome! They provide phone support which is really helpful when running a website if you encounter any problems and they reply to tickets really fast too and servers also have best uptime. I recommend this hosting to everyone who wants their website online 24/7 without any problems and wants great support.

My experience with Link Disk as a reseller as well as a direct customer through you has been nothing but great. Even when there have been either billing or support issues, Link Disk has always been consistent in applying appropriate refunds and addressing all support related issues in a timely and efficient manner.

It's unbelievable but I actually got a telephone call from Jason at 9:00 PM to work out the problem. An actual phone call from Link Disk in contrast to being on hold for 45 minutes trying to talk to a human at companies such as Dell, Microsoft or Road-Runner!

The support at Link Disk again, turns out to be the best in the business. It's amazing that a company with the number of customers as yours will take the time to call one customer to get a problem fixed. I'm impressed!

I remain a satisfied customer and I will continue to tell my friends and colleagues about Link Disk.
