If you see the Direct Admin logo, or default Direct Admin page instead of your site after uploading your home page you may have uploaded your files to the wrong directoy. Please make sure your files are in domains/yourdoamin.ext/public_html.
Also it's a good idea to remove the default Direct Admin index.html file from the path domains/yourdoamin.ext/public_html.
